iPhone Troubles

We updated the software on Amy's iPhone and the Wifi stopped working.  I tried everything to get it back working and the only thing that worked was to put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.  I don't know why that worked, but it was only a temporary fix.


I decided to call Apple since it is under warranty and after only about a 5 minute conversation, they agreed to ship out a brand new phone with a return box to send the faulty one back in.


Unfortunately that came with a $35 charge, but that's only because they ship out the new phone first.  It would have been free if we had shipped the faulty one out first, but then Amy would have been phoneless for a week.
