We've arrived in arlie beach. It is a beautiful tourist town, not much else but shops and bars and a couple of marinas. From here we do a three day, two night sailing tour of the Whitsunday islands. We leave tomorrow afternoon and don't get back until Wednesday. We will be sleeping on an island each night and snorkeling the great barrier reef among other things during the day.
Don't know if we'll be able to blog over that time period, probably won't be any reception on our phones. We'll blog lots when we get back I suppose. We stocked up on sunscreen today, hopefully I won't get too crispy.

The geotag shows cats at anchor in the harbour. Will you be on board one of these? I'll bet they have a sat phone that you can plug into...
ReplyDeleteYeah, we will be on a catamaran for 3 days in the whisundays having a look at he great barrier reef and such. Not sure he size of it yet. We get on it this afternoon though.
